Clarification on our Inactive Account Policies

Following the recent update to our inactive account policies, we would like to reassure our customers that Google Accounts associated with Android Enterprise administration are excluded from these policies.  This exclusion covers the current administrator and owner accounts for Managed Google Play enterprises, user Managed Google Play accounts, and accounts set as an owner or admin in the zero-touch portal. 

As a reminder, we recommend that all organizations add multiple owners to their Managed Google Play Account enterprises to ensure that they retain control of the enterprise at all times.
