Currently it's not possible to use SSO for Zero-touch as it stands. But, similarly to what jasonbayton says above you could look at exploring the following as a workaround:
1) Create a new Android Enterprise instance with your EMM (and go through the new signup flow mentioned in the article above) with email verification of your work email address (this will get you going with a Google domain if they're not currently a workspace customer)
-OR-
2) Perform a full domain verification to enable SSO
3) Set up
SSO with your new (free) workspace domain
4) Assign the real usernames of your Zero-touch admins to administrative
roles in the Zero-touch portal
If you have an EMM I would recommend speaking with them to learn more about the new sign-up flow.
