We're aware that some customers are experiencing issues with zero-touch enrollment on certain Samsung devices when updated to Android 14. Several reports indicate that zero-touch enrollment fails and users are shown an error message on the screen, "Can't finish Setup. Zero-touch enrollment isn't available. Check your internet connection and try again.". This error persists even when connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Samsung is actively investigating the issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, we recommend contacting the Samsung support team for further assistance. They can provide additional troubleshooting steps and keep you updated on the progress of the fix.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue is being resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.
A big thank you to those of you reporting and discussing this issue here in the community, if you have any further questions please do continue to add them there.
