I wonder if this is maybe not Gen-Z related (only) as those values nearly completely match mine but I'm not Gen Z.

For me those values very sound like ones IT guys in general would prefer.

Not really as we speak about end-users 😉

But i nearly never agree about that companys try to focus on a very specified generation instead of focussing on general values which are way more important. Of course an employee may have different needs (values to be considered) and a young employee may be more open to new technical things like work profile on their mobiles and so on than quite old ones (of course there are exceptions 😉 ) but the values need to be fulfilled to all employees and not for just one generation.
