Our google EMM account is no longer adminsitrative?

On the other hand to what Moombas says, migrating away from Google workspace can have a similar impact, as Google accounts get terminated.
Can you authenticate to play.google.com/work/adminsettings with the Google account you used to bind?
If accounts have been removed from devices you'll need to raise this with the EMM vendor with urgency. It sounds like the bind has been deleted on the Google end.

Very good point, as the accounts gotten removed from the devices, this is somehow most likely the issue.
