Why is the Google Play organization ID different depending on where you look?

I mean if it's all working..
I can share with you a test app to validate the theory if you like? If I send it to the one in admin settings and it can be found in Intune, we have the answer.
Sure! that would be great actually. Do you have two test apps? We could send one to each org ID and see what happens.
Admin settings has org.bayton.example.apptrackdemo
iFrame has org.bayton.managedinfo.dev

Not what I wanted to see, and I'm not sure now how this would be possible given Google accounts can only be bound to one orgID.
Lizzie shall I escalate via PED or can you take it internal to gain some insight please?
