Does any one have solid contacts/methods for getting Verizon to enroll us in the Zero-Touch Portal. We recently had a company fall under our IT umbrella and their corporate phones needed to get into our MDM (they currently have no management system on corporate cell phones). They used Verizon to purchase their Android phones last year, but daily phone calls to Verizon Business Management and they still can't seem to get us enrolled or find the right department to do this. I actually haven't spoken to anyone (and I have now been forwarded to nearly 20 people in Verizon) who has even heard of the Android Zero-Touch Portal. We've had an trouble-ticket/incident number open with them but don't seem to be gaining any traction. Anyone have any helpful experience or contacts with Verizon?

I am having the EXACT same issue! Nobody can seem to help and Verizon is no help at all. This is absolutely frustrating.

Took a long time for me to finally get connected with our Business Manager, but here are the instructions I received.
AZT does require the reseller to create the portal/tenant. Below are the steps to do so. If you have already created a Google ID for use with AZT, skip to step 3 in the first bullet point. In the 2nd bullet point if you do not have an IMEI list you can skip this step (We can request to add your Verizon purchased devices after creation). The email is below, but you will need to submit to androiddeviceenrollments@verizonwireless.com.
- Create your organization’s Google ID:
- Identify an email address connected to your organization’s domain (activeemail@yourdomain.com/org) [This cannot be a personal email with an @gmail.com domain, etc]
- Create a Google ID using the email address with your organization’s domain (Don't click I would like a new Gmail address)
- Record a screenshot of your active Google ID: Home>Personal info>Screenshot of ‘Contact info’
- Verizon will create a zero-touch account with your organization’s Google ID:
- Prepare an email and include your:
- Verizon profile ID (aka ECPD ID) - <Get from Verizon online account>
- Screenshot of your organization’s Google ID
- IMEI list attachment
- Submit your request to: androiddeviceenrollments@verizonwireless.com
- Verizon will respond with your ZT Customer ID
- Enable Verizon Wireless as a Reseller:
- Sign into the zero-touch account portal.
- Click on the Reseller tab on the sidebar and select ‘Verizon Wireless Zero-Touch’.
- Bookmark the zero-touch enrollment for IT admins support page.

Hey @dhenderson and @j-parle,
Thanks for highlighting this. I'm going to try and help escalate to see if we can find you someone to talk to at Verzion. I'm just going to send you a direct message via the Customer Community inbox to get a few details from you (see the little envelope at the top right of the screen).
Hope to speak with you soon,
Lizzie

Lizzie - Finally was able to get this to our Business Account Manager - but Verizon won't give you their name or contact info, you have to wait for them. They finally have this moving.
