Intune and Google play
I work in a large organization where many systems and configurations were established before I took over my current role. Currently, I am working on integrating Microsoft Intune as our Mobile Management Solution (MMS) for 300+ Android devices. These devices will be configured in Kiosk mode and will not have individual user assignments.
While managing applications in the embedded Google Play Store (iFrame) within Intune, I am unable to view applications shared with our organization’s Google Organization ID. The integration between Intune and Google Play appears to have already been completed, but I do not have access to the account associated with this setup.
I suspect the issue might be related to one of the following:
- My account is not added under the Google Organization ID.
- There is a missing connection or configuration preventing proper access.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, I would appreciate any insights or guidance on resolving this.

It's a known issue for a very long time now. Tl;Dr you can search on package name, or better "pname:com.my.package" in the search and it should pop up.

Best of luck with your deployment!

Thank you for your reply and the suggested method. I have followed the steps, but unfortunately, I am still unable to see the application.
Could you advise on the next steps I should take to resolve this? Additionally, if you have a list of troubleshooting steps based on your experience, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your guidance.
