New devices only receive "Enterprise Default Profile" instead of a custom profile
Hi all and thanks for your help in advance We purchased new Samsung devices from our reseller and the devices showed up in ZT, I removed the Enterprise default profile and setup few custom profil...
As you are using Intune, did you use the bulk enrollment zero touch connection from the intune enrollment menu? If yes, disable that. It's garbage.
For Samsung devices you can use Samsung Knox (Free, or paid if you want advanced functions), or Android zero touch. That last one can be linked to intune in two ways:
- The connection described above
- Creating a profile directly in Android zero touch and point the devices to Intune (recommend method).
