Oemconfig for motorola Edge
Good afternoon i have some questions concerning the oemconfig on motorola edge smartphones (managed through Microsoft Intune as dedicated devices (kiosk)). we already use the oemconfig (on Zebra) ...
Sorry to say this (...we need to adjust the reboot key...) is not possible yet.
We raidsed that with Motorola as well when we took some thousand devices (G54) into production and ran into similar "issue".
As far as I remember it was told to us to be possible on Android 15 (not the initial release one but a later one and atleast for the G54) to configure this setting. I'm pretty sure a new oem config of moto oem will be released then as well. And there was now real release date communicated but a guess was summer 2025.
But i don't know if they provide this functionality to other devices then as well.
But in general they can turn the device off using the sidekey + volume key.
