Great to meet you, welcome to the Customer Community.

Thanks @DeepakChauhan.
I have a couple of follow up questions, if that's ok:
- Are you devices in an EMM?
- What management mode are you using?
- Is there a particular reason why you need to capture this information? (that you can share publicly of course)
Thanks so much,
Lizzie

Hi Lizzie,
Just wanted to confirm the meaning of below question that you had asked:
1. Are you devices in an EMM?
2. What management mode are you using?
Thanks.

Hello @DeepakChauhan,
Sorry just realised there was a typo in the first question. I was asking if you currently use an EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) to help manage your devices?
And for management mode, whether your devices are owned by your company or are owned by the employees (ie. BYOD)?
Hopes that helps. Hope to speak with you soon.
Lizzie

Also, do you happen to know the make and model of the phone(s) or device(s) involved? While it's great that you mentioned that each device was on Android 10, each manufacturer has a slightly different process for checking the IMEI number. Usually there's something in the "Settings" app that can lead you to it.
