What are your thoughts on the Customer Community?

Hey all,

 

We're always looking at ways we can continue to innovate and grow this community. In order to do that, we would like your insight.

 

You might be aware that our customer community started in June. We're excited to listen to your thoughts about the community. What aspects do you enjoy, and are there any particular improvements you would like to see?. 

 

We will make sure to read every comment, and try our best to implement your ideas accordingly.

I love this new community but I think it would be nice to be able to report post as spam so the can be filtered/removed 🙂 like we used to do in the previous community.

Thanks for your feedback, really means a lot.

 

Great news! We've still got the ability to report posts within the community. Typically, we flag duplicates, personal info, and anything not in line with our community guidelines.

 

To get this done, hit the dropdown on the right and choose 'Report Inappropriate Content.' I've attached a screenshot to make things easier for you.
