Re: Wifi profile on Android Enterprise via Intune
Hi Weberda Yes we tried that, and actually thats ok. the only thing we still need to do is adjust (on the wifi settings, after the device is enrolled and got all the configuration profiles..) the outer identity field (set to anonymous) and adjust the certificate field (now they are filled in with the CA Certificate and the userCA, while the scep cert only needs to be in the UserCA field). i try to attach some screenshots..856Views0likes0CommentsWifi profile on Android Enterprise via Intune
Hello All We have a problem with our Android devices enrolled as kiosk devices with Microsoft Intune. We set up SCEP and NDES to get certificates. All is set up correctly (We opened up a Intune support ticket for this issue, after 6 months the conclusion was that it is not an Intune issue, MS recommended to open up a Android support ticket..) We us a wifi profile, with al the recommended settings. Wifi profile comes trough on the device. But the settings are not filled in. We give the options like outer identity and use scep profile as user cert, but we still need to manually adjust the wifi profile. (despite the fact the wifi profile is applied correctly). we used this to setup our WiFi enterprise profile : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/wi-fi-settings-android#enterprise We use Zebra devices, so they use the oemconfig. we only use our oemconfig for specific settings. General settings, like wifi, we set up those trough Intune configuration profiles. Is there someone who encountered this issue as well?1KViews0likes2CommentsOemconfig for motorola Edge
Good afternoon i have some questions concerning the oemconfig on motorola edge smartphones (managed through Microsoft Intune as dedicated devices (kiosk)). we already use the oemconfig (on Zebra) with success... but on the edge 40, if we enroll the devices, (all as kiosk devices) we need to adjust the reboot key ( programmable key). users want to reboot or shutdown the device, they get the Google Assistant that is assigned as default when they long press the power key. we need to configure (approx. 150 devices in kiosk mode) so we need to configure this behaviour trough oemconfig.we can program the key, but cannot find the option to show the power on/off menu. We can do it manually... but for 150 device i would like to do it trough OEMconfig. is there any manual with options we can set for each configuration, like there is a fantastic manual for Zebra Android devices... we have the information mentioned in https://en-us.support.motorola.com/ci/fattach/get/85225163/1728405228/redirect/1/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xNzMwMTI5MDAxL2dlbi8xNzMwMTI5MDAxL3NpZC9mVVZEeFJXWkJFRTh0Q0UweDNodmwlN0VNd1lYVGFKQUh4WkVjQ01fUlolN0VNR2FsT01iTUtYM3FQMV9TbDBmdE0lN0VwY25wNjBrRVZTYW1yaEU3ckpxdVNieVpFclBfWlhLd21sSG5CcmxyUzdGWGw4MWJ2YjV0RmZyX1ElMjElMjE=/filename/Moto+OEMConfig+User+Guide+14.04.pdf but we cannot find a manual withe the options we can set. We reached out to Motorola support, but we got a default answer (go to the settings, blabla.. ) but this was not helpfull. Anyone here who knows the options to set? Thanks in advance!454Views0likes1Comment
