We are unable to create accounts in the terotouch portal. We get the massage:
'" Error an unexpected error has occurred. Try again leter." '
This massage is for all of the users that try this.
what is the next step to prevent this ?

Can I ask, is this the first time you have enrolled devices via your ZT portal? Also, have you been in touch with your device reseller, who set up your ZT portal about this yet?

Im the "device reseller" in this case. No this is not the first time we are trying this.
We are trying too create accounts for the end customer and thats when this error massage is accruing.Br,

You should raise this in the ZT partner portal (zt.androidenterprise.dev) as the issue can escalate directly up to engineering.
