Goggle play store not opening...

i think you should more likely look here: https://support.google.com/googleplay?hl=de&sjid=4567113827361625514-EU#topic=3364260 (help related to playstore) but in general, what you can try in advance:

1. Wipe the playstore data and check again

2. Force stop, then disable and re-enable the app and check again

In worst case a device wipe (don't forget to backup your data first) and reinstallation should help.
