HELP! Enrollment Stuck on Choose Device Category
Thanks for sharing this. As Moombas said, I'm pleased at least the device can be turned and it still works - but I can see how annoying this must be.
Couple of things:
- Are you finding this is happening with a particular model? Can you share this with me please? I'd like to test this out on our end.
- Have you raised a ticket with your EMM?

We're getting the same issue using Intune with Google Zero Touch - specifically with Pixel 9s - brand new out of the box. Unable to press OK when choosing device category.

Hi Lizzie, thanks for looking into this. We're using Google Pixel 9s. Our vendor is BT so you would imagine this might be affecting a wide range of users.

I was experiencing the problem enrolling the Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 8 Pro in Microsoft Intune. I tried enrolling both phones again this morning and it appears the issue is no longer present.
It seems it might had something to do with the Intune enrollment UX. Even Microsoft had identified the issue and issued a fix on their end to resolve the issue
