How to indentify the owner of managed google play store
Does anyone know who to reach out to to get owner levels for managed google play?
The person who managed it before is no longer with the company and we need to give access to other support personnel to add apps for our Emm.
I am a "admin" but not the "owner" and because of that I can not add other individuals as admins to managed google play play.google.com/work
Managed Google Play is connected to a Google account. That Google account is what you need to get access to Managed Google play. I believe there are no options the create extra accounts in your Managed Google play environment.
Could it be that you are talking about the MDM solution to which MGP is connected to?
Most MDM tools will show you the e-mail address used for MGP in the same menu where you set up the connection.

I am not the primary admin on our managed services "admin.google
Com" but I can set my self if that is what is needed.
I am the email listed on our linked EMM. Though the view I see in the "admin settings" in managed google play is pictured in snapshot 1.
I need it to look like snapshot 2 so I can add users/admin to managed google play.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
just out of curiosity, what EMM are you using?
From my experience you don't need to be an admin as such since the managed google play account is used when you add apps through iframe if the EMM is using that.
