You need to get in contact with your company as this only happens if a company claiming their domain to Google as well. So if the company uses @AnyCompany.com and you use YourMail@AnyCompany.com for your gmail account this account will be changed being managed by the company but you should normally gotten a mail before requesting you if you want it or change your mail address assigned to your account.
