we are currently assigning devices in zero touch console by serial. They have a particular configuration tied to them using DPC extras so that when the device is turned on and connected to a network, it begins the work managed enrollment process which has worked for 8 months and still does
I just received a zebra tc22 and trying to enroll the device using the same mechanisms but isnt working. The device goes to the home screen instead of the work managed screens to tie it to the workspace one console
trying to see if this is related to a delta in dpc extras for A13 but striking out.

In addition, do you know how the devices were uploaded to ZT? Have you any reason to suspect this wasn't done correctly? An incorrect model, manufacturers, SN, etc would upload but not pick up the ZT config.

Hi @cmon092683 ,
please try following for the issuing device:
- goto the zero touch portal -> devices
- search for the snr
- remove the assigned configuration
- assign the relevant configuration again
- try re-enroll your device
If this works, something went wrong when the device was uploaded, we had a few devices with that issue in the past as well.

turns out the retail parting who loads the devices in the zero touch console enrolled it as the wrong model . once addressed it started working . Thank you for the reply on this !
