Hi all,

 

I was taking the Android Enterprise Associate course and got to the section "Applying Learning to Customer Scenarios".  I continually get errors on the page about connecting to the LMS and also if I finally get to the last section to exit the module, the "Exit" button doesn't do anything.  I have tried this on 2 computers, 2 different browsers and on my mobile with all the same problem.

 

Whats your thoughts?

Welcome to the AE Customer Community. Sorry to hear you are having a few difficulties with the Academy. 

 

I would recommend sending an email to: ae-community@google.comThe Academy team will be able to take a look and see why this is still showing like this for your account.

Hi,

I’ve also tried accessing the course on several browsers and devices, and I’m experiencing the same issue as described above. The "Exit" button doesn’t work, and there are frequent errors related to the LMS connection.

Hi,

I have created a ticket and submitted it with videos.  Their team said they will look into it and have escalated it internally.  I have not heard back in 2 days.

Thanks for submitting a ticket @Jmartin@davijose, you might want to do the same via the email address I shared above. 

 

I will so flag this to the Academy team as both of you are having a problem with this specific course, it might be a wider bug.
