I own a Motorola smartphone outright I paid for it myself it's not a corporate device no one other than I own it yet I find that there are some actions I can't do and Android tells me "by work policy"
This is **bleep**. How do I get rid of all corporate policy?

Hi Mono,
did you buy it at a trusty reseller? If yes, contact him about it, otherwise you have just bought a device which was owned by a company before (and potentially still is). Means you potentially bought a stolen device.
But without knowing the details, i can't/won't help further because already when you enroll it the very first time there should have been statements about "this device isn't private" means, you have ignored this even it exactly shows that this device is not behaving as expected from an enduser perspective.
