Error 403 on Zero Touch portal setup

Hi.

I have tried to set up a zero-touch account, but when I log in at https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers, I get an error message like "Error 403. The account xxx@yyyy.zz is not authorized to see this page. Contact your administrator for access, or use another account."

How can I get help with this issue? I can't see who would be "my administrator"...

The owner account was provided to you (or should have been) by the reseller creating the ZTP for you.
And i guess you provided which mail you want to use for that.
If you don't know that anymore you should reach out to your ZT reseller.

You should have an "owner" account.

Login with that and then add your user to the users page as admin or even as an ownerdepending on what you want.

Also ensure that your account used for login has a google account assigned!

      Hi Moombas.

Thank you for your reply. How to I get an owner account, or alternatively, find an owner? Would the owner perhaps be someone in the same company ( @samedomain.xx)?

(I created a google account for this login, with my e-mail alias, not with gmail account.)

      Regards

    Hi.
The account is now OK, but the ZT enrollment fails. Perhaps it has to do with the content of the JSON file(?). I tried to enroll a couple of tablets (Samsung Galaxy S9+) in Hexnode, and for a while, the process looked ok, so far as that I saw it received info from Hexnode. But at some point, the process stopped with an error message "could not connect to server".
About the information in the JSON file: There is a field for username and password. Which username and password should be entered there?
And what is the difference between "Device Owner" and "WP-C" configurations? In our case, the devices are owned by the company, and are used in company vehicles only.
