IMEI number cant be added, but customer can see that number in their ZTP

Hello,
A client sent us a bunch of IMEI numbers for their devices. One of them triggered an error saying "Please enter valid IMEI numbers". I double-checked with them, and they insist the number is correct.
I've looked everywhere in our seller panel for this IMEI, but it's not linked to any of our customers. So, it's definitely not a mistake on our end.
Weirdly enough, the client can see the IMEI in their ZT panel and says the Zero Touch setup worked fine.
Is this some kind of bug? If so, how do I report it?

I'm afraid that the customer send you the IMEI numbers and not other way around.
But let him search for the imei in their portal and export this as csv file. There are more informaton like who claimed the device (which reseller) in it.
