Sistim android berapa yg cocok utk pindah ,,saat ini saya pakai ios12 apa pindah k ios14 bisa

even this seem not the right Forum to ask, please write in english, so we can help you better.
But regarding your question, in general you can switch to nearly any Android version (i ignore now that you called it iOS 14, i think you mean A14) but if you want to be future proof, you should choose a device starting with A13 or 14.
