Unable to find my customer id after the portal update , nor the configurations or resellers added

Hi Team,

 

We have lost all the devices within the portal, also I could see a different customer id instead of ours and also only One reseller being added, We also do not see our configurations applied. Please get in touch with me via this asap as we have VIP's who would be enrolling phones and we would need this to be fixed asap.

    Please discard the above one, I was able to fix the case
