Work profile apps not sending notifications (eg: no Outlook notifications)

I tried to check through all settings around notifications but to no avail.

When I open the Outlook app, I can see new emails load up (so not that Outlook app is not able to get the new data), but its just not sending notifications as we normally get.

Could it be something on the backend / IT Admin related or some hidden setting I haven't explored?
