Hello I currently have one client with 1000+ devices. Sometimes, there is need to deregister sopme devices (for example when they are send to repair). Is there any faster way to mass deregister devices from ZTP than searching them one by one? I mean, sometimes it is 50, or even 100. Hello, A client sent us a bunch of IMEI numbers for their devices. One of them triggered an error saying "Please enter valid IMEI numbers". I double-checked with them, and they insist the number is correct. I've looked everywhere in our seller panel for this IMEI, but it's not linked to any of our customers. So, it's definitely not a mistake on our end. Weirdly enough, the client can see the IMEI in their ZT panel and says the Zero Touch setup worked fine. Is this some kind of bug? Hello, I have encountered similar problem- one of our clients have already enrolled (without using zero touch) devices, and they were working fine, without any problems. Those devices were added to ZTP few days ago. Today, i got info that one of the devices has started to display same info as mentioned in this topic ("this device belongs to your organization, and your device will be reset"). Has anything changed, and now adding devices to ZTP portal forces factory reset? If Yes, is there anything I can do to stop that force reset? Client has 1k+ devices, and can't afford reseting all of them- that will practically paralyze his company.
