Intune now showing tenant name on lockscreen
Hey everyone,
I've been looking into this further and I've been following up with our engineering internally. I can confirm our team is working with Microsoft on this. I don't currently have an estimated timeline, but wanted to let you know that there is work on-going.
I hope this helps and I'll keep you posted if I receive more updates.
Thanks,
Lizzie

This helps, thanks lizzy!
In the meantime I have Microsoft support confirming that it was a change done by the Intune team, but I have no idea why they did this. Support is assisting in logging a design change request.

Hi Lizzie,
thanks for directing me to this latest post, do you have any updates on this of the conversations with Microsoft? Microsoft have said this is a global Google Change.
we work with lost of customers and this issues is only showing on a few tenants, the major concern is what caused this behaviour and why all tenants are not showing this error and could this just appear on the other tenants. we have tried to look at possible causes and nothing stand out.

hi, Microsoft confirmed that it has to do with a change on their backend, but it is related to a change google made (thats what Microsoft says at least).
The change is only visible on newly enrolled devices, not on existing devices. We have seen this on all tenants for the past few months (at least 15 different customers, but all Europe based).
The fix that has been applied was done per tenant, we shared customer tenant information with Microsoft support, and they applied a fix. In the meantime they are working on a permanent fix. I believe the idea was to make it an option the user/IT admin could change. But there is no way to follow progress on that issue.

Hi Michel,
I have enrolled devices this week and still not impacted on some tenants, we have provided MS with tenant IDs to apply the fix, would be nice to know why its not consistent when its a backend change.
