zero touch portal - instance lost after creation of new admin user

Hi All,

yesterday we created an additional admin user for zero touch portal management. Right after, it seems we lost one of our two user instances, now I don't see any more devices, reseller or configurations. 

Please help, as we are currently not able to see any content in the portal. I hope it is possible to restore.
