Hi,

I’m seeking assistance regarding the process for achieving Android Enterprise Recommended (AER) certification for our company's hardware devices. Specifically, I’d like to understand:

  1. The detailed procedure for applying and meeting the AER certification criteria.
  2. The associated costs, including any ongoing fees for maintaining compliance.
  3. How to initiate communication with the Android Enterprise team if further clarification is needed.
 

I have sent few enquiries via the official contact form, but it seems no response. If anyone has successfully navigated this process recently or knows of alternative ways to engage with Google’s Android Enterprise team, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.

You need to go to the Android Enterprise partner portal at https://www.androidenterprise.dev/s/, register yourself and you will find all relevant information for the certification you are looking for.
