I have a healthcare client that is trying to re-configure devices after a factory resest. They have questions around Google's Android Enterprise Network Requirements". They are requesting a call with someone at Google to talk through their concerns/questions. Is there a phone or email contact that I can reach out to for assistance?

There isn't, but if you're their MSP/provider you can join the Partner Portal to provide yourself with the ability to raise issues, questions, and concerns with other partners and Google BDs on their behalf.
For network requirements specifically, this doc should provide everything the customer needs to enable to ensure connectivity to Google for management, this does not include any vendor-specific network requirements (ie VMware, Intune, etc)
