I recently got a phone and somehow it is under an Enterprise, MDM is running along with a whole bunch of other stuff that goes with it. I'm not too smart in the subject but I know that it shouldn't be there. I'm a little leery of certain people that sold me the phone at the phone store. I can't really go back there to get it fixed. I called Metro PCS and they said they can't help me that I needed to call Motorola I need help, I don't know what to do.

If there is an MDM on your device, the device belongs to an organization and the device is linked via zero-touch to it. Get in contact with your reseller about this to exchange the device or get your money back because they have to ensure to sell you correct hardware.
