We are unable to create accounts in the terotouch portal. We get the massage: '" Error an unexpected error has occurred. Try again leter." ' This massage is for all of the users that try this. ...

Hello Lizzie,

 

Im the "device reseller" in this case. No this is not the first time we are trying this. 


We are trying too create accounts for the end customer and thats when this error massage is accruing.
