We are unable to create accounts in the terotouch portal. We get the massage:
'" Error an unexpected error has occurred. Try again leter." '
This massage is for all of the users that try this.

Welcome to the Customer Community. Thanks for your post and sorry to hear you are receiving this error.
Can I ask, is this the first time you have enrolled devices via your ZT portal? Also, have you been in touch with your device reseller, who set up your ZT portal about this yet?

Hello Lizzie,
Im the "device reseller" in this case. No this is not the first time we are trying this.
We are trying too create accounts for the end customer and thats when this error massage is accruing.
