Re: App not available to add to collection in managed google play using Intune
Hi, We had an issue earlier where end users could not see apps that were added to the Managed Play Store, except from when they searched for them. After months with back and forth with Microsoft and Google where Google fixed a backend issue with the Play Store Microsoft also found an issue with the tenant where it was tagged with a "custom layout" on their end. I got no further explanation from MS to what it means but it did resolve all our Managed Play Store issues with regards to invisible apps780Views0likes0CommentsRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
Time to bring out the cake Lizzie Got an email from Microsoft saying the adjusted something in the tenant, and we are now finally able to see available apps in the Managed Google Play Store again. The solution was a combination of the Google team updating the Play Store app and apparently Microsoft had a custom tag of some sorts assigned to the tenant, they have now removed the custom tag and it all works again. 🎂🎉2.2KViews0likes1CommentRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
I was just in contact with Microsoft again today. The latest store version 41.2.21 supposedly fixed the issue for most customers, but some are still experiencing issues including me. Have sent over more bug reports for further analysis6.2KViews0likes4CommentsRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
Got another e-mail from Microsoft support today stating that the issues should have been resolved in Play Store v40.3.X I've tested on a newly wiped device that is running Play Store v40.3.28-29 But I'm still not seeing apps. Can't see anything in the Play Store update logs regarding this issue being fixed either /Mats7.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
Received the following update from Microsoft today: Finally, some positive news from google, it would seem that they have identified the problem and planning the fix for the same. Fix is due to rolled out either by 2nd or 3 week or march Hopefully this is correct and the issue is resolved. I will test this out on a few devices when the fix is implemented7.9KViews1like2CommentsRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
Hi, I have an ongoing support case with Microsoft and have had so for the past 5-6 months regarding this issue. Latest update I got was this week where they called to let me once again they are still working together with Google Engineers to resolve this issue. So you have a Key Account Manager in Microsoft you could escalate the issue to if the support system keeps dismissing it? Hi, We are still experiencing this issue unfortunately on Intune enrolled devices. I've had a ticket open with Microsoft for a few months now and they are still working with Google engineers to resolve the issue8.9KViews1like0CommentsRe: [FIXED] Service Announcement: Available work apps missing in Managed Play Store on device
Unfortunately on my test device the applications are still not visible. Installed all available updates. Force stopped and cleared Play data Factory reset the device Play Store version: 35.2.19.2116KViews0likes1CommentRe: Missing Apps in managed Play Store
I have a similar issue with our deployment. Apps does not appear in the Managed Google Play Store, but I can still search for them. I use Intune EMM and have lodged a ticket with them, Microsoft support have confirmed that they have heard from other customers that have the same issue so they are continuing to investigate. If other EMM providers are having the same issue one has to ask if the issues is on Googles end10KViews1like1CommentRe: Managed Play Store is empty on devices
Apps listed as required not showing is fine. they install just fine to the device. But apps listed as available are not listed in the Managed Play Store, but I can see them if I search for them. Tried the following app types: Managed Google Play Apps, Web Link and Managed Google Play Web Link. none of them are listed8.5KViews0likes0CommentsManaged Play Store is empty on devices
We are using Intune to manage our devices and have configured a Managed Goole instance for applications. Problem is that no apps what so ever is visible in the managed play store on the users devices. When I open the managed play store it just says found no results as if no apps were published. If I search for lets say Outlook. then I can see the Outlook applicationin the search result. Applications that are set to required on devices are installed just fine. Tried several device, both physical and virtual with the same result. Also tried various ways to enroll and administrate the devices Any tips or suggestions?8.6KViews0likes9Comments
