Error 403 on Zero Touch portal setup
The owner account was provided to you (or should have been) by the reseller creating the ZTP for you.
And i guess you provided which mail you want to use for that.
If you don't know that anymore you should reach out to your ZT reseller.
Hi Moombas.
Thank you for your reply. How to I get an owner account, or alternatively, find an owner? Would the owner perhaps be someone in the same company ( @samedomain.xx)?
(I created a google account for this login, with my e-mail alias, not with gmail account.)
Regards
AudunB

Hello,
I have the same problem with a customer, they have 403 error when trying to access the ZT customer portal. The email address used is the correct one, and they have received an email from Google to setup their ZT customer configurations. Their emails are managed also from admin.google.com and they granted all the different roles to the email account, but still it shows 403 error.
Does anyone knows what other reasons can block the proper permission to access the ZT customer portal please?
Thanks!

I guess in that case you should reach out in the partner portal better than here (as i guess you are a ZT reseller, so you have access to it).
