Hello,
We have previously added several dozen of the customer's devices to the ZTP using their IMEI numbers.
Is it possible to remove these devices from the system using their serial numbers? Or do i need to use IMEI numbers?

Hi there
ZT only holds the information used to upload them, so if you'd only previously provided IMEI, you should use this to remove them.

Afaik you should be able to upload the devices with both SNR and IMEI but never tested that.
And i also recommend to use IMEI numbers for such things as those are more secure to be unique.
